WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Stahls have been sublimating sports garments and fabric for the fashion industry for the last 13 years. We can provide sublimated panels for manufacturers to cut and sew or we can produce completed garments and other items such as banners or presentation pennants for sports clubs.
The sublimation process begins with us printing the required design onto a paper with a wide format printer and then pressed onto the white fabric. During the pressing, the ink turns into a gas and infuses into the polyester molecules allowing you to have your garment design, club logos, sponsors and numbers all printed into the fabric in the one process. Sublimation must be done on polyester fabric
